Shipping policy

Because many of our pieces are offered as limited drops or pre-orders, we feel it is important to clearly set expectations around delivery. We guarantee that every item you order will be delivered to your doorstep within 60 days (two months) at the absolute maximum. While most orders arrive much sooner, certain pre-order items may take longer than others due to their custom production process. We kindly ask that you remain patient and prepared to receive your high-quality piece whenever it arrives within that guaranteed timeframe. In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you within 60 days, you will be entitled to a full refund of your purchase, returned to your original payment method.

For customers returning items, please understand that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In order to protect yourself, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items that do not arrive at our facility, and therefore tracking is essential. International customers are additionally responsible for covering any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their return shipment.
